What to expect

A short intake form. Five questions. It takes about four minutes and gives us enough context to make the call genuinely useful from the first minute.

We'll spend the first ten minutes understanding where your business is, what strategy you're working to, and where you're feeling the gap. We'll spend the next fifteen sharing how we'd think about closing it. The last five minutes are yours, for whatever questions you want to ask.

If we're the right fit, we'll send a written recommendation within 48 hours, including the engagement that suits where you are and a clear scope and price. If we're not the right fit, we'll tell you that too, and where useful, we'll point you toward someone better suited.
